WEATHER CONDITIONS IN THAILAND
 Last Updated: 26 October 2010, 10:45
As a possible knock-on effect of the severe weather conditions in Vietnam, Thailand has experienced its own dose of heavy rain recently, which has resulted in flooding in some Northern and Eastern provinces. Several thousand local people have been affected by flash floods and some villages have been evacuated.
Some flooding has occurred near the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok; however tourist attractions have not been affected.
We are monitoring the situation carefully in order to reassure your clients and to keep you updated.
